Having produced regular advertising campaigns for Decathlon stores in the consumer press, on billboards, advertisement vans and the tube Template were asked to come up with a format and style for the company's HR recruitment advertising. Although Decathlon is a retailer of national repute it only has 8 stores across the UK and as such there are pockets across the country where the brand is not as widely known as it is in other areas. Template initiated and developed a brand recognition campaign that was deemed as being so successful that it has now been adopted for other non product related messaging in stores nationwide. This involved the production of 6-, 48- and 96-sheet billboards for all stores in London, Sheffield, Merry Hill, Stockport, Nottingham, Glasgow, Belfast and Reading. www.decathlon.co.uk
