PMP Recruitment
I initially met with Mickie Wicks from Template for one hour to go through the company's marketing strategy. Within that sixty minutes Mickie was able to pick up a very good understanding of our objectives. Once historic marketing material had been supplied Mickie gave very fair and blunt appraisal of both our strengths and flaws. It was an honest and refreshing approach that cut straight to the point, so we knew exactly where we stood from the start.
This was followed up with a three hour meeting with my MD, Derek Skelton, in which we talked through the company’s work philosophy and how this information should be conveyed. We pride ourselves on our energy, innovation and the fact that we are market leaders in best practice for both our employees and clients alike.
The first project that Template undertook was to produce a PowerPoint presentation that was to be used at our brand AGM in July 2011. Template also took on board the production of a document that summarised what we do, how we do it and why. It was superb. They captured our vivacity and ethos whilst presenting the bare facts in an interesting and compelling way.
It was made all the more impressive by the fact that we had spent so little face time with one another. To draw out that much information and then translate into a coherent and comprehensive package speaks volumes for Template’s professionalism and expertise.
Further work followed that hit every deadline whilst neatly encapsulating every brief. Although some of that work was specific in its content, they still managed to show the bigger picture. We’re a company that is deeply passionate about what we do. We do it with enthusiasm, conviction and belief because that’s the only way we know how.
To find a design and marketing agency that shares those principles whilst delivering quality on time, every time is very special indeed. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
